Chicago Sendoff
It’s no secret that Lettering Works is relocating to Chicago, but before moving to the “big city” - we are doing our best to celebrate local accomplishments and people who have made our first three years in business truly unforgettable.
For our last Saturday “living” in town (although you know we will be back for Wines in the Warehouse District the following week), we spent the evening surrounded by friends and supporters at local bar and pizza joint Broken Tree. Marty Wombacher did a great blog post on the evening, and you can check it out over on Meanwhile Back in Peoria as well.
Here are some snapshots from the evening captured by Daniel Hart on the new Lettering Works’ camera:
Thanks to all those who celebrated in person and in spirit. Peoria has been an incredible place the lay the foundation for Lettering Works and we are happy to know so many people working hard to make it the best it can be.
Highlights of the night included handing out custom-designed “Cheers to Making Peoria, Illinois a Better Place” koozies (what’s more on brand?) and reminiscing about many fun projects and developments we’ve all contributed to over the years.
Stay tuned for some exciting Chicago updates! Don’t hesitate to reach out via our Lettering Works Contact Form if you are interested in working with us. Rest assured that we are still taking on Peoria clients and will be continuing our work here in the community even after the move.
