A Portland-Inspired Mini Series

Portland is known for its art scene, coffee scene, sustainability practices, and emphasis on locally sourced products, among other things - making it the perfect location for a one-day design conference and quick vacation.

In preparation for our recent trip to Portland, we created a small handful of unique designs to add to our City Collection. They are inspired by Portland’s nickname of “Rose City.” We had fun with a photo shoot at the International Rose Test Garden (spoiler alert: the flower selection was limited since it’s winter). We even stuck a couple stickers up alongside mass amounts of stickers throughout Portland (apparently slap tagging started in Portland?!) and handed out a couple postcards to fellow creatives who attended the First Round Conference put on by UnderConsideration.

If you are a design lover and aren’t familiar with the work of Armin Vit and Byronny Gomez-Palacio, we highly recommend you check out Armin’s popular blog Brand New as well as the many events they put on annually. We’ll be headed to Austin, Texas this October for the Brand New Conference.
